A new project, such as the introduction of a new strategy, a new software application, or organizational improvement project, is not taken to be lightly. The day-to-day business must continue as normal. As an interim project manager I supply you with the extra manpower for taking care of your project execution. For you to maintain focus on your daily activities can continue as normal. For a good delivery of the project and the results will be there as expected.
